SIEMENS PRINCESS PARKWAY
Siemens instructed Brown & Bancroft Interiors in 2017 to create a vibrant new restaurant facility at its Princess Parkway site which is home to over 500 employees.
Works included the conversion of existing office space and the construction of a new external façade as well as the installation of a new lighting scheme, mechanical and electrical services and a feature ceiling with plank detail. A full catering kitchen was incorporated to enable Siemens to provide a stylish cafe environment capable of serving high quality refreshments and meals for staff and visitors. New flooring, tiling and decoration throughout was also a part of the brief.
The specified mechanical system required a new plant to be installed on the roof of the building with associated steel work, all of which was delivered within programme.
