ICON
Commercial property and asset management company, F1 Real Estate Management, appointed Brown & Bancroft Interiors to deliver a £1.4m refurbishment at Icon House, formerly Globe House, at Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.
The 14 week project included stripping the building back to shell and then completely refurbishing the 20,000 sq ft, single storey office building to Grade A standard with a full raised access floor, exposed services and new air conditioning as well as the creation of an impressive new reception space with feature ceiling and glazed doors. Works also involved extensive external façade repairs and redecoration as well as the introduction of new toilet facilities throughout.
F1 Real Estate Management wanted to create a self-contained office accommodation at Kiln Farm to enable them to attract new tenants. Brown & Bancroft Interiors worked closely with F1 to agree what was needed to transform the building inside and out into a smart, blank canvas property that allows prospective occupiers to see the potential and envisage their business within the space.
