KINGS CHAMBERS LEEDS

Brown & Bancroft Interiors is proud to present its fourth commission for specialist legal services provider, Kings Chambers.

Working alongside Fletcher Rae Architects, the latest project involved a complete fit out of the client’s three-story premises in Leeds. In keeping with the Kings Chambers brand, and to match the firm’s other regional offices, the refurbishment was delivered to a high standard and features luxury furniture, fixtures and finishes as well as a number of bespoke joinery items.

Works started in the basement where the BBI team completed a full strip out before installing a new staircase. In addition, structural works to the roof were required and a new external lobby was delivered. Internally, five new meeting rooms featuring muted, high-end finishes and stylish furniture were created alongside a high-tech boardroom set up to support the increased demand for virtual conferencing. A clerk’s office complete with bespoke storage solutions and a new kitchen area was delivered during the 15 week build programme.

BBI has previously completed a variety of projects at Kings Chambers’ Manchester and Birmingham offices.
