LEXINGTON COMMUNICATIONS

Brown and Bancroft Interiors was instructed by Lexington Communications to fit out its new third floor premises at Queen’s House, Manchester.

Relocating from Zenith Building on Spring Gardens to accommodate a growing team, the 4,000 sq ft suite was designed to give a contemporary feel featuring bright, statement furniture, crittall style glass partitions, exposed services and an atrium with living wall. The open plan office space, which houses 30 workstations, was set up to introduce activity based working through the use of hot desks, touch down areas and team collaboration zones. Two formal meeting spaces were created with full height glazed walls to compliment external windows. A full furniture package was provided and AV equipment installed.

Paul Boyfield, Managing Director at Lexington Communications, said: “Brown and Bancroft were recommended to us, we met up and with the help of Jill were able to finalise our thoughts for our new office quickly and efficiently. The team worked hard to ensure our expectations were met on the look and feel of the space whilst ensuring that our budget was respected.”
