BROWN & BANCROFT APPOINTED FOR SUNRISE HOUSE REFURB

Following the successful project completion for Peaks and Plains Housing Trust last year, Brown and Bancroft Interiors specialist commercial refurbishment team are back in Macclesfield delivering an exciting transformation at Sunrise House for the Lowry Partnership. Located on Hulley Road, Sunrise House is a two storey multi-tenanted office building boasting great links to the town’s transport hubs. But with occupier demands growing in a buoyant market, the landlord has decided to invest in better facilities for its tenants and their visitors. Works will include the creation of new meeting facilities, reception and collaborative workspace. In addition, all the property’s windows are being replaced and a new canopy is being installed to improve the arrival experience. BBI teams are on site now and completion is due at the end of the year.
