Brown & Bancroft Interiors has been instructed to work alongside Jasper Sanders + Partners on the delivery of a new sixth form centre at Sedbergh School in the Lake District. Established in 1525, the private school is committed to providing a modern study hub for its senior pupils within the beautiful Queens Hall. Designed to offer students with a variety of spaces, the new sixth form centre is set to include areas that facilitate quiet, focussed work, study in groups, relaxation and socialising. The concept features pressed metal details and electric yellow highlights alongside panelled oak and exposed brickwork. Work has begun on site and the refurbishment is due for completion in the New Year.
