MICE & DICE CHOOSE BROWN & BANCROFT FOR OFFICE REFURB

Mice & Dice Ltd, part of the Gamsey Group, has appointed Brown & Bancroft Interiors to refurbish its office in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

Improvements to the building will include installation of a new air conditioning system throughout, decoration, flooring and lighting together with new roofing and flood prevention works. Site teams will start immediately while Mice & Dice have staff working from home and the office is quieter than normal.

Investment in the company’s real estate portfolio is being reviewed currently and could see further work taking place to create more flexible breakout space. It is expected that the current commission will take 12 weeks to complete.
