BBI HEADS BACK TO LEEDS FOR SAVILLS FIT OUT

Brown & Bancroft Interiors has been instructed by international real estate advisor, Savills, to fit out its new office in Leeds. The 65-strong team, currently located at City Point, is due to move to 3 Wellington Place in November following the completion of an extensive refurbishment project. The new ground floor suite will boast high, exposed ceilings and an open plan layout to help create a light and airy feel to the workspace. A full height glazed panel separates the main office from a new reception area and client meeting zone.

Savills will join existing tenants at 3 Wellington Place which include Mazars, Investec, Shulmans and Irwin Mitchell Solicitors. The property features a rooftop terrace, bike maintenance station and electric charging points.
