American law firm Latham & Watkins LLP has appointed Brown & Bancroft Interiors to deliver refurbishment works to the sixth and seventh floors at its Manchester HQ on Marsden Street. The contract comes on the back of the successful completion of a fit out at the same office in 2017 which created a new collaboration and breakout space on the first floor. The concept behind this flexible workspace is now being rolled out to provide staff more direct access to this style of working environment within their own floorplate. Construction will be phased to allow the client full occupation throughout the build programme – a practice that Brown & Bancroft Interiors’ expert team is highly experienced in.
