BROWN & BANCROFT INTERIORS SECURE FURTHER WORK AT NO.1 THE AVENUE

Brown and Bancroft Interiors has started on site at No. 1 The Avenue in Manchester to deliver a complete refurbishment of the ground floor reception space and to improve the 3rd floor office suite to Cat-A standard. The build will see the specialist fit out team installing new lighting, wall finishes, flooring and a bespoke reception desk to give a more welcoming arrival experience. A new architectural structure around entrance way has also been constructed to give it more prominence at street level as well as providing a new identity for the office space within the building and bringing it in line with the striking façade of the landmark address.  The reception space has been designed by leading interior design studio, Incognito.
