Refurbishment and Fit-out – North West based – travel allowance (10% of salary) + health package + pension + training package + flexible environment
Brown & Bancroft Interiors is a fast growing, award winning refurbishment and fit-out company delivering schemes across office, retail, education and leisure sectors. Now in our 8th year we have delivered high profile projects across the North West and Yorkshire for well-respected international technology, legal, financial and retail ‘blue chip’ clients.
As part of our planned expansion Brown & Bancroft are now looking to add talented, client focused site managers to our team. Your duties will include delivering projects on time, to budget and to the required standards whilst demonstrating health & safety best practice through effective leadership. With the help of the delivery teams you will review and update construction programmes, co-ordinate sub-contractors, manage risk and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will have experience in the delivery of fast paced fit-out and refurbishment projects to £1 million in value, a SMSTS qualification and a current First Aid ticket. With a sound knowledge of construction methods and an understanding of design and build process you have project autonomy backed by an experienced senior management team.
