SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Starting at £60k + package, open to negotiation based on candidate experience.

This role is based on-site, Northwest region.

Brown & Bancroft Interiors are an independent specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor, providing their clients with access to a proven, quality supply chain together with a team of high calibre individuals. BBI are currently trading in their 11th year and work across multiple sectors including commercial office space, higher education and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing site personnel including Site Managers and Key Operatives.
  • The co-ordination of subcontractors and the managing of subcontractor workmanship.
  • Liaise with the client and communicate with project stakeholders.
  • Planning and programming the project including the pre-construction period and any phasing requirements.
  • Ensuring the companies Health & Safety procedures are adhered to by all site personnel including visitors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure environmental and quality procedures are upheld and reported.
  • Support the pre-construction phase including working in partnership with in-house design and attending site surveys.
  • Organise and hold site meetings including the creation of actions and meeting minutes.
  • Keep the project folder on the company system up to date with regular site reporting and the required documentation.
