Brown & Bancroft returns to Cheetham Hill Shopping Centre
Mars Pension Fund has appointed Brown & Bancroft to open up two existing retail units at Cheetham Hill Shopping Precinct to create a single 20,000 sq. ft. space ahead of the launch of its first Asian Bazaar. Offering access to a variety of independent traders under one roof, the centre aims to provide customers with an outdoor market experience, inside. Works have included the addition of a large mezzanine level, installation of heating and air conditioning systems, a new lighting scheme and floor finishes. Due to take 14 weeks to complete, the full project will be delivered within a live shopping environment and therefore requires additional consideration in terms of health and safety, noise levels and cleanliness on site as well as tenant liaison throughout the build programme.
