NORTH WEST AMBULANCE NHS TRUST
North West Ambulance Service required a strip out and complete refurbishment of their command centre at Preston.
The project was divided into two phases to ensure that the facility remained live throughout the duration of the project.
Work commenced with complete strip out of Phase 1, including all data and power. New full height glazed partitioning was installed to create meeting rooms and office spaces. The areas were completely redecorated and carpeted and new kitchen facilities were installed to provide a café area for staff.
The project was completed in a fully occupied building, with the project being handed over ahead of programme which was a key element to this project.
The success of this project and the close working relationship developed with NWAS in house team has led to three additional projects being awarded namely, Haydock, Bolton and Broughton.
