The client took existing space within their building to accommodate a completely separate department with security facilities.  The space needed to incorporate its own café space, breakout and restrooms.

Internal works involved the installation of a new café facility with full kitchen.  The creation of a secure area utilising full height glazing providing a maximum acoustic properties.

The office was completely re-carpeted and decorated throughout, a key element was the technical introduction of a new air conditioning and cooling system to the offices and main comms rooms.

The project was completed in a fully occupied building, with the project being handed over ahead of programme which was a key element to this project.
